Villages at Depot offers rare, resort style indoor amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, all available year round. We also feature a controlled access parking garage attached directly to the building for added convenience, and we’re just a quick drive from the downtown Apex area.
We are open seven days a week. Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 1:00-5:00pm.

We offer 12 month and15 month lease options.
Applications can be completed online through our website. The system will guide you through screening and document uploads.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid through the resident portal.
We accept online payments via bank account or credit card. Card payments may include additional processing fees.
Residents may park in the garage.
Guests may park in the front of the community. Our parking garage is reserved for residents only.
Mail is delivered to your assigned mailbox. Packages may be delivered to your door or mailbox depending on size and carrier.

Only the Sky Lounge can be reserved with a $200 deposit and $125/hour—maximum of 4 hours. All other amenities are first come first serve.
Valet trash is collected 7 days a week.
Service begins at 7:00 PM each evening.
They will collect broken down cardboard boxes, but oversized boxes are not accepted.
Oversized boxes should be taken to the loading dock and placed in the cardboard only 4 yard container.
Yes. Trash cans should be brought back inside after service is completed to keep hallways clear and maintain community appearance.
